In addition to Hoover family additions this year, we have celebrated NewSpring family additions with almost 300 people going public with their faith at Watermark 09.
Last weekend we had a great Starting Point Orientation with five new groups beginning Sept 12-13. By the way, there’s still time to sign up if you’re interested.
The new message series “Love Songs” also begins Sept 12-13. Mark, Lance and the entire team have been preparing for this series for months and even though I get some previews, I can’t wait to see it all come together.
Speaking of “coming together,” I hope many more NewSpringers will consider making Saturday their preferred time to attend worship. I think there’s just a little more energy in the room on Saturdays and there’s definitely more music with XL. The main goal, of course, is to make more room for first time guests at 11 on Sundays. So give Saturday a try!

Hi Pastor and MaryAlice,
I discovered last week I could watch your sermons on my computer! They are really blessing my heart. I was discouraged with the church I was currently attending and God just led me to your web site and messages. He also led me to a new church the very next day (Sunday), I am so excited to go back tomorrow, I’ve been looking forward to it all week. It reminds me of New Springs. Doug and the kids are doing good. I just wanted to say hi! I am so excited about the souls that have been saved, God is really blessing your fellowship. Tell Barbara hi for me.

I just wanted to let you know how much Karen and I enjoyed the service September 20th! The music was tremendous and we especially loved our daughter-in-law, Tiffany Nix’s solo! God is obviously doing His work through New Spring’s outreach to a lost world. It was a direct answer to prayer that our son TJ and his wife tiffany became a part of New Spring and we rejoice daily how god continues to bless our family.
Our prayer for New Spring is that you will continue to reach the world with the good news of our Savior!
